In this position, you are responsible for the further development, professionalization and alignment of the existing Ethics & Compliance framework. You develop guidelines, perform investigations and give advice on a wide variety of topics. You interact on a regular basis with the operations, audit, IT and at board level. Furthermore, you closely collaborate with the Legal team and the Ethics & Compliance Officers of the SHV Family of Companies.
Profile
- 8-12 years of work experience in an international challenging environment
- experience with a wide range of compliance topics, such as ABAC, code of conduct, trade sanctions and whistleblowing
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- hands-on and proactive self-starter with a drive to achieve results
- excellent communication skills in English
