Manager Legal & Compliance

As member of the senior leadership team, you act as the principal legal advisor to executive management. While leading a small, globally operating Legal team in Den Bosch, you ensure that L operates in compliance with applicable global laws and regulations, effectively manages risks, and upholds high standards of ethics and governance. You work closely with cross-functional teams to structure agreements that align with business objectives while mitigating legal and compliance risks and enabling the company’s strategic goals.

Profiel

  • trusted adviser to senior leadership and the executive board, with 15–20 years of work experience

  • relevant experience in leading a team

  • solid knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including governance and compliance

  • affinity with improving processes and leveraging technology

  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
