In addition to our work for commercial organizations and government bodies, we’ve seen a growing need for legal support among non-profit organizations and social enterprises. For several years now, we’ve taken on pro bono assignments for non-profit organizations and also work with social enterprises. For this target group, we offer a special rate.

We ourselves are customers of various social enterprises and actively help raise awareness for the sustainable initiatives we support.

To promote the long-term engagement of our team, Compliance People encourages healthy and sustainable workplace behavior. The aim is to ensure that our employees can continue to perform at a high level while enjoying long, energetic, and fulfilling lives.

To support this, Compliance People has completed a vitality program twice with all employees, guided by the health and performance organization Lifeguard. The “Compliance People Vital” program focuses on energy management and behavior patterns across the entire organization, enhancing the sustainable employability of our team. These programs have given us valuable insights into how our employees can perform at their best, and we have adapted our organization accordingly.
